| Bruce's Notes |
This is a complete volume of popular Hawaiian tunes performed by Pineapple. The stereo
version of this LP was released the same year that Hawaii became the 50th state (1959). To my knowledge, this is
the only recording Johnny did for Audio Fidelity. The stereo version of this record was mastered on 18/11/58, so
it was released in early 1959 (the mastering date was scratched onto the surface of the original master matrix) |
2002-2003, Bruce Laing. Updated 23/3/2003.
